Rent Rescue Program
At MC Life, we know life doesn’t always go according to plan. Credit cards. Student loans. Car payments. Medical bills. The list of unexpected costs can go on and on. It’s just a fact: some months are financially tougher than others.

Problem is, when money is tight paying rent can be a real challenge, can’t it? Do you really need one more thing to keep you up at night? We don’t think so.

Look, we’ve all been there. But, unlike other rental communities who will hold your feet to the fire and penalize you for a late payment… even if you have valid reasons… we’re different. Very different.

How does making you pay even more begin to help you get through a rough month? You’re right: It doesn’t. And, that’s why we refuse to do it. See, we believe everybody deserves a break every now and again, especially anybody living in our community. We’re family here, right? That’s exactly why we created our Late Rent Relief Program.

It works like this: If for ANY reason, you cannot pay your rent on time, we will waive your late fees. Period. While we appreciate and expect to get your rent on time, we’re happy to offer this one-time forgiveness to anybody who needs it. It’s our small way of saying thank you for being part of our community, and letting you know we get it and we’re here for you.

30-Day Good Life Promise
We know picking where to live is a big decision. Especially because you’re not just choosing a roof over your head, you’re finding a home – a place where you’ll make memories, celebrate with family and friends, and where you’ll feel safe, comforted and allowed to be fully you.

In other words, there’s a lot riding on picking the perfect place. And that’s not always easy, is it?

In addition to measurable things like room sizes and the number of bathrooms, for a house to be a home, it has to feel right to you.

But, how can you really know how a place feels unless you’re living in it? That’s a great question. And, it’s exactly what prompted us to create our 30-Day Good Life Promise.

At MC Life, we do everything we can BEFORE you sign the dotted line to help you make sure living within one of our communities is the best choice for you. Just like you, we want you to feel at home here.

We are committed to providing the absolute best in comfort and convenience to all our residents. Our wealth of experience allows us to provide superior service and quality like no other. Our residents are constantly telling us how much they love living in our communities.

However, we understand that everybody is unique. And, that’s why we are proud to offer our 30-Day Good Life Promise.

If at any point within the first thirty days after moving in you are not fully satisfied with your new home, we will gladly release you from your lease agreement.

We work hard in every one of our communities to create the ultimate apartment living experience, but if you decide for any reason it’s not right for you, we totally understand and are happy to terminate your agreement with best wishes and no hard feelings.

Life Interruption Relief
We developed our suite of Life Interruption Relief programs to help you when your road gets a little bumpy. Specifically, if you should happen to lose your job, roommate, or endure some other life-altering experience that adjusts your income, we have designed valuable programs to help accommodate your needs, including:

Partial Payment Plan. For up to two months, you can benefit from a partial payment plan established between you and your Community Manager. It’s our hope that this will help you navigate the changes in your life as seamlessly as possible.

Job loss Insurance. If you involuntarily lose your job, you may be eligible for Job Loss Insurance as a part of our Renter Insurance Program. With this benefit, a portion of your rent will be paid for you by the insurer – making this otherwise tough and unexpected transition that much easier. Be sure to ask your Community Manager for all the details.

Transfer Policy. Sometimes life’s “interruptions” need more than a temporary fix. That’s why we offer the ability for our residents to move within your community to a larger or smaller apartment, or to another MC community that is closer to your work, school, and family, including out of state.

At MC Life, we can’t stop hard things from happening in your world. But, we can help be part of the solution. It’s our commitment to you.

24-Hour Service Promise
The staff at MC Life is dedicated to making your living experience as awesome and as comfortable as possible. As a part of this commitment, we are proud to provide our residents with around-the-clock emergency services. We are equally pleased to provide you with our 24-Hour Service Promise for any non-emergency issues.

Here’s what it looks like:

We promise to respond to your non-emergency service request within 24 hours or we’ll pay you. Really!

At all our MC Life communities, we treat every service call as a priority. If you ever have a service request, please let us know as soon as you are aware of the issue, so we can respond as quickly as possible. We do our best to maintain a premier quality of living – in our apartments, our communal areas, and our grounds. So, it’s our hope you’ll never need to request service, but if you do, we’ll always be here to help.

And, since our professional staff has the highest of standards, you can feel confident that if a solution is not good enough for their own home, it’s not good enough for yours. We know you have a choice when choosing your apartment home, and we’re here to do everything we can to maintain your trust and keep you fully satisfied with your decision, now and long into the future.
