30-Day Good Life Promise
We believe that our communities offer the best value for your money. So, if you are not satisfied with your home, within the first 30 days, we ask that you contact the community manager with the reason for your dissatisfaction. If we are unable to rectify the problem, we will release you from your lease agreement. Your move out must be within the first 30-days and you will only be charged rent for the days you occupied the apartment. Our hope is that we will be able to keep you as a resident, but we feel very strongly that we want you happy wherever you live.

  • Rent will be charged for the day’s that the home was occupied.
  • Application and all up-front fees are non-refundable.
  • Security deposits and ePremium deposits are subject to terms and conditions.

Rent Rescue Solutions
We know from time to time, life can be difficult so we have created programs to help with those times.

  • Late Rent Relief: If for some reason, you cannot pay your rent on time, we will waive your late fees. This is a one-time forgiveness during a 12-month period.
  • Life Interruption Options: Should you lose your job, roommate or some other life altering experience that adjusts your income, we can offer:
    • Partial Payment Plan
    • Transfer to larger or smaller apartment within the community or to another MC property
24-Hour Service Promise
We promise to respond to your non-emergency service request within 24 hours, during our regular business hours, guaranteed! We are committed to providing reliable service so you can relax knowing your home is covered by our MC Service Promise.
